The contoured seat back offers a topstitched backrest with an upholstered outer back that covers molded foam with enhanced lumbar support. Small, medium and high back models are available on the Pearl task chair, and you can opt for the energy absorbing TLC memory foam back to replace the standard back foam.

Height Adjustable Arms [TC]
All of our Pearl 350 office chairs come with standard with width adjustable brackets that allow each arm to move in or out two inches to better fit the user. Combine this with the standard T style, adjustable height arms and sturdy urethane pads for three more inches of vertical travel, and the base model of this budget task chair is ready to work for you. For premium comfort, support and durability, we offer a gel pad upgrade on all of the urethane arms. If you need alternative adjustments for particular tasks at hand, consider the other arm options available below.

Swing Away Arms [TS]
- T-style, adjustable height arm with urethane arm pads and a swing away feature
- Dial activated movement for ease of use

- Arms swing back 75 degrees and drop completely out of the user's way

Select the best base for your Pearl. The chair comes standard with a black plastic base to match the frame color, but you can also customize a chair with a black or chrome cast aluminum base.
Gel Armpads
Gel armpads offer premium support, a reduction of pressure points, and increased durability. (Please note Height Adjustable arms with extendable slide and gel pads [TE] come standard with the gel option)
Adjustable Headrest
The 2-way adjustable head support features 2 3/8" of vertical adjustment and 2" of horizontal adjustment.
Adjustable Lumbar Support
Optional mechanical lumbar support uses an easy crank mechanism to adjust lumbar support to individual users needs. Great adjustment and extremely well constructed.
Memory Foam Cushions
Seating Inc. offers a high-density energy absorbing memory foam. This premium foam has a density of 6.2 lbs as opposed to most foams which weigh in at 1.2 to 3.8 lbs, which enhances support and prevents bottoming out. A favorite in the Ergonomic Chair Pro offices.
Small Edition
The small edition is made specifically for smaller users. A 19.5" wide seat replaces the standard seat, and the smaller seat includes a reduced cavity in the molded seat to fully support smaller users.
