International Shipping

With the exception of Canada, we no longer ship internationally. Because of the unusual size of chair boxes and the associated weight, the shipping charges on these items often more than double the cost of the order for customers. The expense of international shipping also means many manufacturers will not honor warranty claims.

Shipping to Canada

Some Canadian provinces will not calculate correct shipping charges online. If necessary, yout will be contacted via email between 24 and 72 hours from the date of the order to approve changes to your shipping charges. Your credit card will not be charged until you have verified and accepted the charges. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only. Shipping costs generally do not include duty, tax or brokerage fees as these are billed separately.

Orders to Canada may have additional customs charges if shipped via UPS. View a sample chart of Canadian Customs fees.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Free Shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Most Alaskan and Hawaiian orders calculate properly online. In the rare event any shipping exceptions apply to your order you will be contacted within 1 business day. Your credit card will not be charged until any additional charges are approved.
